As project managers, we represent the legal, financial and technical interests of the investor. Our tasks include
- Organization of construction processes on behalf of the client
- Support with applications for construction and use permits
- Contract tenders and contract negotiations with construction companies
- Project supervision, coordination and site supervision
-Cost and quality control, corrections
- Technical and official building acceptance.
As site manager, we represent the investor and take responsibility for the proper execution of the construction work. This includes, among other things, supervising the implementation of the project in accordance with the applicable standards and approval regulations as well as monitoring the quality of the work performed and the materials used.
From experience, we can recommend to our customers that they appoint a site manager even if the building permit does not require it.
The FIDIC engineering consultant acts as a representative of the client, who has authorized him to take over and assume responsibility for operational, organizational or technical tasks in accordance with FIDIC standards. Due to the scope of the tasks, the function of the engineering consultant usually involves a team of consultants.
Independently of our other services, we offer comprehensive business advice, including, for example
- Review of the legal status of a property;
- Profitability and feasibility analysis with regard to a planned investment;
- Assessment of the operational risk;
- Cost estimation, budget and schedule planning.
We carry out project management within a scope of services defined by the client. On request, we can assume full responsibility as project manager for the investment process or take on partial tasks, e.g. construction management in accordance with building regulations, or you can commission us on the basis of FIDIC contracts.
