The NORD DRIVESYSTEMS headquarters with technology and logistics center, research and development, quality assurance, assembly and administration have been located in Bargteheide since the company was founded in 1965. The current new building for Plant 11 on the grounds of the NORD headquarters is being built by KNAPP AG as an automated small parts warehouse and will be equipped with a capacity of 72,000 tray spaces and up to 4,500 pallet spaces as a narrow-aisle warehouse. Incoming goods and dispatch will expand their capacities with seven additional new loading and unloading ramps. Plant 11 will also be home to parts packaging, which will then be able to guarantee worldwide parts supply in a sufficiently large area. The new halls will be built in reinforced concrete construction, consisting mainly of prefabricated parts. As part of the contract, we therefore produced the reinforcement drawings for the AKL and logistics halls for the following elements: - External and internal columns, - Support walls, - Facades - Sandwich panels, - Main roof beams, - Other beams. - Floor slab in narrow aisle warehouse, and - Complete construction of the energy center building,
