In Berlin's Adlershof district, a spacious office ensemble has been planned that is one of the largest office buildings in Berlin. Impressive architecture places high demands on the structural design. The individual buildings in the ensemble stand on a shared underground parking garage, which is located in the basement. On the ground floor, however, there are atriums with green spaces. The building was designed as a reinforced concrete structure with the use of both in-situ concrete elements and prefabricated elements
